The short version

This website doesn’t use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and it doesn’t ask you to accept any. It is a fast, static site with a single enquiry form. One cookie is set if you unlock a private client gallery, and it does nothing but keep that gallery open.

Client galleries

When you enter the password for a gallery, a single cookie is stored on your device so you aren’t asked again every time you open a photograph. It holds a signed pass for that one gallery, nothing about you, and it is readable only by this website. It lasts up to thirty days and never outlives the gallery itself, whichever comes first. Clearing your browser’s cookies signs you out, and you can get back in with the same password.

This cookie is strictly necessary for a gallery to work, so there is nothing to consent to and nothing to turn off short of not using the gallery. See the privacy policy for what a gallery stores and how long it is kept.

Browser storage

If you begin an enquiry, the answers you’ve typed are saved in your browser’s session storage so that they’re not lost if you move between pages. This information stays on your device, is never transmitted until you press send, and is removed automatically when you send the enquiry or close the tab.

Embedded content

Films may be embedded from YouTube or Vimeo. These players load only when you choose to play a film, using the providers’ privacy-enhanced modes where available. Once playing, the provider may set its own cookies under its own policy.

Links to other services

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google open those services in a new tab. Their own cookie and privacy policies apply once you leave this site.
